    Originally starting life as just ‘Session IPA’ with a rotating range of hops in each batch. With each edition the beer changed and shaped itself until we finally settled on Mosaic hops. Brewed with Extra Pale Malt. Fermented with a clean West Coast yeast strain.

    Turning Tides

    West Coast Pale – 5%

    Starting out as a stronger 5.8% beer, this crisp, bitter, hoppy West Coast Pale has been dialled in to a much more palatable 5% in recent years. Hopped with Magnum & Citra throughout the boil, then dry hopped with a big dose of Chinook. Extra Pale Malt & Caramalt make up the grain bill. Fermented with a clean West Coast yeast strain.

    OUR ULTRA HOPPY, SUPER JUICY, HOUSE IPA. NELSON SAUVIN HOPS RUN THROUGHOUT THIS BEER GIVING IT A DISTINCTIVE GOOSEBERRY AROMA WITH A DRYING WHITE WINE FINISH. BREWED WITH EXTRA PALE MALT AND AN ABUNDANCE OF OATS. FERMENTED WITH A HAZE POSITIVE, JUICY STRAIN.
